A NEW MEMBER OF THE CULLROSS TEAM!

Earlier this month Cullross welcomed Sara Garry to the team. She will work alongside Ryan, Emma, Harry and Richard and will be based in the Edinburgh office. Sara joins Cullross as a Development Administrator. Sara will be responsible for day to day administration of Cullross and work with our clients and end users to ensure efficient defects processes and “after sale” service.

Sara said:

“At the start of April, I became the newest member of the Cullross team, and what an amazing first few weeks I’ve had!

Before taking on the role as Administrator for Cullross I worked in the Public Sector as a Support Worker. I worked for a local council supporting adults with learning disabilities. The fundamental values I worked towards were, supporting people as individuals, promoting social inclusion, but more importantly for me was to empower individuals and support them to lead a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

Although a change of direction, I am confident that the values and passion I have brought with me will work to my advantage in my new role and will complement the Cullross ethos very well. Working alongside Housing Association's and Local Authorities to deliver much needed affordable housing for communities will be a very rewarding process to be involved in.

Out with my day to day administration duties, I’ve also attended design meetings for upcoming and existing projects, which I found really exciting. The highlight for me so far has been visiting the site at Bay Street in Port Glasgow, which is being delivered to River Clyde Homes. It was really exciting to see the development very near completion and to know that the properties will soon be loved and lived in.

I can’t wait to get my teeth stuck in, learn new skills and build on the existing ones I already have.”

Ryan comments:

“Cullross are currently on site with almost 250 homes and are working up another 300 in the pipeline. With handovers of over 100 units in the next few months and many more to come, we identified the need for additional resource to afford the continued high standard of delivery and customer service that we pride ourselves on.

We are delighted to welcome Sara the team. She will be a real asset at such a crucial time.”
