RAGLAN STREET, DUNDEE

We are now onsite with our latest development in Dundee comprising of 16 flats for Hillcrest Homes.

The development will utilise a "fabric first" approach with high levels of air tightness and insulation to help minimise energy consumption. As a result, this will minimise costs for the end users. Further, the exhaust air source heat pumps will help reduce carbon emissions. The building will also make use of a water mist sprinkler system.

The external fabric of the building will incorporate concrete roof tiles, solar panels, two colours of facing brick, decorative render system, and balconies. All of which will result in an attractive building at completion.

The scaffolding around the outside has now come down, as the exterior has come near completion.
