BUCHANAN STREET, DUNDEE

Buchanan Street will provide 14 new flats to the city of Dundee. The development will employ a "fabric-first" approach, helping to minimise the need for energy consumption, reduce operational costs, and lower carbon emissions.

The project will also utilise an MEV solution for heating and hot water, which will offer lower running costs, a healthier living environment, and further reduce carbon emissions.
