We are pleased to announce the successful handover of the final homes at our Strathmartine development at the end of last month. Working in close partnership with our client, Hillcrest, we delivered 28 high-quality homes — a mix of houses and cottage flats — well ahead of programme. The handover process has started for the first homes at our Ballindean Road development in Dundee with Caledonia Housing Association, providing 67 sustainable homes. Our site at Strathmartine Hospital is progressing well. As we move towards completion it's great so see the units taking shape in line with the original CGIs. The 28 units are due to complete over the next few months allowing the new residents to be in the properties for Christmas. The works only commenced 12 months ago and are well ahead of the original programme thanks to the efforts of the site team.
