The timber frame is now substantially complete, with the steel stair cores finished and roof tiling nearing completion. Gutters have also been installed along with the external windows and doors, making the building wind and watertight and allowing internal trades to progress.
Brickwork is progressing well, with rendering due to commence in early October.
Internally, first fix works are progressing across the development, including joinery, plumbing, electrical and fire suppression works. Flat entrance doors have also now been installed to all 36 homes.
