The site at the former Strathmartine Hospital will provide 28 affordable houses and flats. Our latest development will again employ a "fabric-first" approach, helping to minimise the need for energy consumption, reduce operational costs, and lower carbon emissions. The development consists of 28 2-bed and 3-bed homes, including 6 fully accessible units. These include both terraced, semi-detached and cottage flats.
To minimise carbon emissions, the project will also utilise an MEV solution for heating and hot water, which will offer lower running costs and a healthier living environment.
