We are delighted to announce that we have secured planning approval for our St Andrew Street project in Perth.
The site will feature 38 flats, offering a mix of 1- and 2- bed units, including accessible ground-floor apartments.
The existing building will be demolished in the coming months to make way for the new, energy efficient homes. The site has been disused for several years, and it will be great to see this redevelopment of another brownfield site.
