Cullross purchased the land (formerly 2 semidetached bungalows) and took the project through full design and planning permission phrases. The site was sold to our clients (Hillcrest) and will be developed out under a Design and Build Contract. 

 

We were thrilled to hand over the project to Hillcrest on time and on budget.
