INTRODUCTION

Construction of a total of 21 new homes for Hillcrest Housing Association. 

​

Cullross purchased the land (former metals works) and took the project through the full design and planning permission phases. The site was sold to our clients, Hillcrest Housing Association, and was delivered under a Design and Build Contract. There are now much needed 1 and 2 bed apartments in an area which is close to the city centre.

CONCLUSION

This site has provided Cullross with many challenges in terms of ground conditions and design but we are convinced that what we've built will enhance the area, assist in the regeneration of the Hilltown and provide quality homes for people who need them most.
