Cullross delivered 150 new homes and a new HQ for Dunbritton Housing Association. This site is prominent within the town center of Dumbarton and is in fact the former site of Ballantine's Distillery. We are delighted that this site is now complete and has been handed over to our clients.

"This development on what is a prime site will go a long way towards meeting the need for high-quality houses for rent in Dumbarton.

We have waited a long time for an opportunity to develop this site and bring much-needed affordable housing to Dumbarton.

Dunbritton has a proven track record of working in partnership with colleagues in the private sector and we are delighted to work together with Cullross.

Opportunities like this are few and far between and we look forward to delivering what will be a major improvement to the whole infrastructure of Dumbarton town centre," Sephton MacQuire, Chair of the Board at Dunbritton.

Cullross are delivering 45 new homes on behalf of West Dunbartonshire Council. These homes will be owned and let by the council and play an important role in addressing demand for affordable housing within Dumbarton.

This riverside site will provide excellent frontage to the marina area and views over to the rock and castle.

The site is due to be handed over to West Dunbartonshire Council in Autumn 2021.

"We started on site early in 2018 and work on the piled foundations is ongoing. Soon you will be able to see buildings come out of the ground which is always a great milestone.

Cullross are thrilled to be delivering all the homes of this site for two valued clients and look forward to the site being complete and providing new homes in such a great location." Ryan Fletcher, Director Cullross.
