INTRODUCTION

​

Construction of a total of 60 new homes for Hillcrest Housing Association and Perth & Kinross Council. 

​

Cullross Purchased the land (a former Scottish Government building) and took the project through full design and planning permission phases. The site was sold to our clients (Hillcrest and PKC) and developed out under a Design and Build Contract. We delivered 1 and 2 bed apartments in an elevated position very close to the city center. All 4 phases of this project are now complete and handed over to our clients.

This project has provided Cullross with several challenges and opportunities to learn, but we are happy that at the end of the day we have 2 happy clients and homes which are meeting an identified housing need.
