Cullross secured this brownfield site from Capability Scotland. The project was developed with Hillcrest Housing Association as our partners under a Development Agreement. The site has provided 59 new homes, a significant contribution to the growing demand in our capital.

We worked hard with Hillcrest and CEC to come up with a design proposal that sits well within its context and delivers high-quality and affordable homes.
