VICTORIA DOCK, DUNDEE

Victoria Quay is a completed waterfront development delivered by Cullross for Hillcrest Housing Association at Dundee's Victoria Dock. The project has provided 119 modern affordable homes across two apartment blocks, comprising 53 apartments for social rent and 66 apartments for mid-market rent.

The development utilised an innovative modular construction method, with the homes manufactured off-site before being transported to Dundee and assembled on site. This approach helped reduce construction waste, minimise time spent on site, and provided a more sustainable and environmentally friendly way of delivering much-needed housing.

The completed development offers a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments, many with balconies providing exceptional views across the River Tay and the city. Victoria Quay has delivered high-quality, energy-efficient affordable homes, helping to meet housing demand in Dundee and creating a vibrant new waterfront community.
