Successful completion of our residential project in Dundee for Hillcrest Housing Association, finished just before the close of 2023.

Nestled at the junction of Kemback Street and Raglan Street. This multi-unit residential complex stands as a testament to our commitment to excellence in affordable housing.

With a keen focus on accessibility, sustainability, and visual appeal, the Raglan Street development represents a seamless blend of functionality and aesthetics. Comprising sixteen one- and two-bedroom apartments spread over four stories. Additionally, the development includes two ground floor wheelchair-accessible units, reaffirming our commitment to creating truly inclusive living environments.

The development adhered closely to the Dundee City Council Design Guide Standard and Housing for Varying Needs guidelines. Each apartment also boasts its own private balcony, providing residents with a tranquil outdoor space to unwind, ensuring that everyone has a place to call home.

Furthermore, sustainable features have been incorporated such as exhaust air source heat pumps and photovoltaic panels on the roof. These initiatives not only reduce the carbon footprint of the building but also contribute to creating a more environmentally friendly living environment for the residents.
